  • Improving the “Opportunity Hub," where users receive tailored suggestions to enhance their property and listing performance across Expedia Group platforms. Our goal was to make it personalized, driving higher adoption and engagement.

  • Working at Expedia Group, I noticed a misalignment in content standards across our brands. I created and distributed multiple resources to ensure our brand voice stays consistent.

  • FordTrip is a conceptual product created in the Ford 2022 Intern Hackathon, which took place over 2 work days. This project was completed in a team with 4 other students. I provided UX research and design to create a prototype, while others in the team provided the back-end support so that FordTrip is a fully-functional product.

  • A local organization partnered with the university to increase their membership from local to state-wide. Their company is lacking a fresh website, logo and brand identity that recognizes their expansion and caters to their growing network.
